5- STORAGE AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Purpose of the Clarification Text and Our Company’s Position as Data Controller:

(“Furkan Ofset” or “Company”) has the title of “data controller” within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) in terms of personal data of users, and with this Clarification and Consent Text, it is aimed to inform the users about the personal data processing activities carried out by Furkan Ofset in accordance with the said Law and to obtain their explicit consent for the situations specified in Article 3 below.

Protecting the confidentiality of our customers’ transactions and ensuring information security are among our prioritized principles. As Furkan Ofset, as stated in our security policies; Furkan Ofset takes all kinds of technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security while conducting data processing activities.

1. If you suspect that your credentials, passwords or other directory information may have fallen into the hands of third parties, notify us immediately via the support line.

What you need to know for your security:
Furkan Ofset will provide access to the customer for the web management interface of the Platform.
The customer is obliged to keep the password confidential, not to disclose it to unauthorized persons and to prevent the password from being used for purposes other than the purpose of allocation.
If the customer loses the password, he/she must immediately notify Furkan Ofset. Furkan Ofset will take the necessary actions to prevent the use of the password in question and will inform the Customer of this situation and give a new password as soon as possible. The Customer shall be liable to the extent of its own fault for any provably unauthorized malicious use of the system or a management account or unauthorized access to the management account.
